Description
The TRED-CSB-2A-XSF is a Casambi-enabled, long-range compatible, single-channel trailing-edge dimmer for wireless lighting control, designed to integrate incandescent bulbs and other AC phase-dimmable systems into the Casambi wireless system. This smart dimmer ensures smooth trailing-edge dimming, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
The TRED dimmer supports loads of up to 2A, allowing compatibility with a wide range of lighting types. You can control tungsten and halogen lamps, dimmable LED and CFL lamps, trailing-edge dimmable LED drivers, and electronic transformers. Note that it is not compatible with magnetic/inductive loads such as iron core transformers ? this will permanently damage the TRED. Also, do not mix load types.
It operates seamlessly within the Casambi network, offering full app-based control and smart lighting functionality. Long-range compatibility improves network stability and performance. A remote antenna configuration is also available to optimize wireless reception in installations with coverage challenges.
